What clothes do you sell?

We sell good quality boys and girls clothes from 0-12 years although currently we do not sell underwear, shoes or accessories. We will not accept any personalised items or fake brand clothes. We meticulously check all our clothes before they get put up for sale and we will not accept anything that is worn out, damaged, excessively bobbled, marked or mis-shapen. This way you always know that you will get great clothes that look nearly new.

How do you work out what price to sell clothes for?

The price of a secondhand item will be based on a few factors including its' condition, age, brand and current trends or desirability. Sometimes it really does come down to the fact it is only worth what someone is willing to pay! We will decide what we think is an appropriate price (normally 20-40% of original value if secondhand) however if it doesn't sell we may decide to include it in a bundle or reduce the price during a sale period. For new items we will normally price them between 70-80% of their original purchase price.

How much does postage cost?

All our packaging is eco friendly, recycled and/or recyclable as well as, wherever possible, from sustainable sources. We do have to add some cost to our shipping to allow for sourcing these products which can be more expensive than readily available non-recyclable options but we do our very best to keep our prices down whilst sticking to our values. 

Our UK shipping costs £3.75​​ although for orders that are over 2kg in weight or exceptionally bulky there may be an additional charge. If this applies to your order we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know.


You will receive confirmation from us once your order has been shipped so you know when to expect it.

What steps are you taking to protect customers from Covid-19?

Customer safety is really important to us and we want to make sure everyone is protected as much as we can. All collections or drop offs will be contactless and once we have received items we will store them for 48 hours before sorting through them. When an item is purchased it will then be located from the relevant storage container, packaged and held for 24 hours before posting.

Can I return items if I am not happy with them?

We hope you will be really happy with any clothes you buy from us however, if for some reason, you are not then please get in touch as soon as possible. We offer a 14 day returns policy although unfortunately we are not able to refund original postage costs and you will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
