Shipping

We use recycled packaging as much as possible which may not be pretty but helps keep costs down and saves

old postage bags going to landfill. If we do not have previously used bags available then we use 

recyclable, compostable and/or sustainable materials wherever we can.

​If you place a postal order it will be sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service and will cost £3.50 no matter how many items you order or what the weight or your parcel is. If you spend over £40 then postage is free.

We will dispatch your item as soon as we can, normally within 48 hours of payment being received. We will send you a confirmation e mail once your order is on its way so you know when to expect it. ​If you would like your

If you are within 5 miles of Eye (Suffolk), central Diss/Roydon/Palgrave, Debenham, Mendlesham or central Stowmarket we also offer free delivery for orders over £15 or you can arrange to come and collect your items from us in Rishangles (Suffolk).

Delivery is also free for any size order if you live in Occold or Thorndon.

Returns

We hope you will be really happy with all the clothes you buy from us however, if for some reason, you are not then we offer a 14 day returns policy on all full price items. If you would like to return something please get in touch as soon as possible via e mail TwinklingTiger@Outlook.com and we will let you know how to go about it.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund original postage costs and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please include your order number if possible when making a return as this will help us confirm that we can accept the item and process any refund as soon as possible.

Please note that our Too Good to Throw bundles and any sale items are non-refundable.
